Dr. Fred Cooper, President of KSK Board and teacher in the Kagyu tradition for over 20 years, will present a teaching on the Tantra of the 21 Taras.  One of the main practices at KSK and in all Tibetan Buddhist lineages, Green Tara is said to dispel obstacles and to protect practitioners on inner, outer, and secret levels. Fred will explore the literal meanings of each of the 21 Taras as well as the Creation Phase of the Tantra.  Refuge is required. A reading transmission of the 21 Taras will be given.
Two sessions will be offered, from 10-12 Noon and 1 to 3 pm on Friday April 30.
