To promote and protect the health of community members, Venerable Lama Dorje and Venerable Lama Mingma have determined that we should suspend all public teachings and group practices for the time being. We ask also that you restrict visits to the center at this time.

We encourage all of you to manage your health and be aware of the health of others in the best way possible, to follow public health guidelines, and to stay home if you are ill.

Please take this opportunity to do your practices at home, and dedicate the merit for the benefit of all sentient beings.
The Lamas recommend Green Tara practice or recite the mantra in the morning

and Guru Rinpoche mantra at least 100 times in the evening
         Om Ah Hung Vajra Guru Padma Siddhi Hung
