WHITE TARA is practiced for
long life / health / healing and compassion

It is said that what is done on Losar, will follow you through the entire year. So by coming to practice on Losar, you’re making an intention that will serve you all year.

Tea and jeweled rice will be offered to all.

Bring offerings of katas, flowers, candles, incense, and offerings for the lamas.

Lama Mingma  will lead the practices, assisted by Lama Yeshe and Lama Zopa.
