It is said that what is done on Lösar, will follow you through the entire year. So by coming to practice on Losar, you’re making a great start and intention for the new year.

Tea and jeweled rice will be served.
Bring offerings of katas, flowers, candles, incense, and offerings for the lamas.

Lama Dorje and Lama Mingma will lead the practices, assisted by other lamas.
